Here is what’s going on at SantaRosaMom.com this week:

Trouble with school projects
I’m being overwhelmed by school projects – and I’m not even in school anymore! We just survived the science fair, but it brought on flashbacks of the Mission Project, a report on leaves, and a classmate’s exact replica of the Golden Gate Bridge made entirely by toothpicks. Read all about it at my blog, The Village.

Here are this weekend’s events:

Feb 21-23
Alice in Wonderland: The Nueva School of the Performing Arts performs their interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, taking you on a journey through a rabbit hole to a world where the impossible is possible. $5/students, $8/adults. 7 p.m. all nights. Windsor High School Theater. 8695 Windsor Rd., Windsor.

Friday, Feb. 22
If You Give a Mouse a Cookie: The exhausting story of what a simple cookie can lead to is recreated on stage, telling the hilarious lesson about cause and effect. Other short stories will be performed as well. $12/kids, $17/adults. 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wells Fargo Center. 50 Mark West Springs Rd., Santa Rosa. wellsfargocenterarts.org

Saturday, Feb. 23
I love dinosaurs!: This kid-friendly event not only gives information on the “terrible lizards”, but it doubles as an event to teach kids how to deal with bullies. Free. 2:30 p.m. Sonoma Valley Regional Library. 755 W. Napa St., Sonoma. sonomalibrary.org

Have a wonderful week, and I’ll see you on the forums!
